Can't access DS on ipad

Hi everyone, I suddenly cant log into DS using my ipad. I keep getting a "log in or register" screen. When I log in, it says my user name/password are incorrect (yet they work fine on my desktop). I tried re registering, but of course I can't because my email address is already in use. I use my ipad more than my desktop, so I'd love to be able to get access again. Any suggestions? Can someone point me to the right place to get technical help?

I am using my iPad to get here. One suggestion I have is to completely shut down/power off the iPad, then turn it back on. Sometimes this helps clean out the cob webs. Hope it works.

If that fails, compare the URL's from both desktop and iPad.

Well I finally fixed it, but it was an ordeal lol. I logged out on my desktop to "test" my password and immediately discovered that was a mistake! Once I logged out, I had the same issue as on my iPad. I couldn't log in, couldn't change my password, nothing worked. I wound up completely clearing my cache and even though I still couldn't log in with my old password, I was finally able to change my password. Now I can access the site on all my devices.

I have had those issues to with logging on. I get the same answer wrong user or password and they r the correct ones. It really takes the fun and comfort out of DS. It shouldn't be that much of a hassle to just get support. Sure is frustrating.

The absolutely stunningly slow server irritates the heck out of me. I wonder if there are some gateway timing issues.

Someone mentioned that it's slow because the server is being used to develop the new site. Gee, I would have thought they would have had a separate server for that.

So you're right......it sure doesn't make it fun coming here anymore.

I just went through this today. I logged out for some unknown reason and then I coldn't log back in. My computer has the password saved, but it is hidden.

But lucky for the 4 X 6 index card full of passwords and user names. I may have to go to a whole page format, soon!

I had the wrong password! I signed up for Zulily yesterday and thought it as that password. LOL

And yes it is slow. My hope is that the new DS, if all goes well will be quicker!
