I can't speak to breastfeeding, but I have read a large number of posts by women with RA who often go into RA-remission during pregnancy, only to have a flare after delivery.
Had a neighbor 60 years ago with bad RA who just keep having babies to stop the pain...and she was Catholic and that made hubby and priest happy. But I think she stopped after 8...or was it 10 kids? Don't remember but the house was crawling with kids!
