MaryPop: I take 7 MTX pills every Thursday morning and by noon, I am "fogged" up. It lasts until somewhere around midday Friday. Mamabluedogs2 won't let me do anything around the house or yard and if I have to feed, she goes with me.
As I have read through these posts and try to understand what is going on with me by reading all of what is going with all of us, something popped into my mind about me and Mamabluedigs2, this event in my life has brought us closer together. Rambling old man
MaryPop - check with the event coordinator and see if they taped or in some manner recorded the meetings and get a copy if they did.
Peace to us all and restful days

It seems I get my fog more often in between the joint flares and pain. So if I get 1 or 2 of those days when I am relatively pain free, I have the fog. The fog also seems to go hand in hand with extreme fatigue - those days where I just can't keep my eyes open - mandatory 2-3 1 hours naps in a day.
I've never really associated the fog with the Methotrexate. I take only 4 tabs a week since my liver doesn't like it - will have to pay more attention if the fog happens more often in the days after I take the Methotrexate.
I have to load up on caffiene to make it through the workweek. Not the best way to deal with it, but it gets me by. I've started trying to use my sleep cycles to plan when I go to bed and when I wake up...hopefully that will make a difference :)
