Its been 4 or 5 years since I bega using a biologicand for the last 6 months my crp has been on the rise and my symptoms are becoming more problematic to the extent that I'm trying to hide the symtpoms from my family and peers but the one symptom I can hide is the chronic fatigue. Soon the tremors and grip will be hard to play off.

So what now?

You move onto the next one and keep trying. A 5 year run on the same bio is a success. Hopefully the next one will be another success story.

And this may be only my thought but between the two biologics your body will get a strong push/flush with your immune system amped up.

Like stated thinking doc would want to try another.
Perhaps addressing your concerns just in case the RA decides to really kick in. Can only say what I'd do & I'd want to stay ahead of it.
