Well I have bronchitis and throat and tonsil infection. I my second round of antibiotics now dr uped my prednisone today to 20 but I go to my rhuemy tomorrow and have labs I generally have high sed rate and crp does anyone know if the higher pred will bring those numbers down in my labs? See I'm concerned because I don't feel the enbrell is working and I will tell him so but if he then looks at my labs he may think it is working when really it's just the pred. Plus pred will prob help with the swelling I have been seeing he is gonna think I'm full of it lol. Do you suppose if I just tell him Bout the pred he will take that into consideration. I have only been to him once. Guess I'm nervous because the dr I had before never ever listen to me.

Do you take pictures of your swelling?
Also, you might find that he doesn't want to do lab work. Infections can/will cause your ESR and CRP to go up. He might feel that the numbers will be skewed because of your current infections.
