Aspercream and Biofreeze

Has anyone used either of these on there joints? I also have Fibro and have been told to try aspercream. My feet,knees,hands,wrist and hips are in pain. My brother called and said he uses biofreeze and he thinks it may help me but he's not sure with the nerves with the fibro. Does anyone have experience with them.

I use Icy Hot. They have a vanishing scent gel that has an applicator like a shoe polish dispenser. You don't get it all over your hands nor smell like a medicine chest. It works pretty good too.
never used the products you spoke of but was told not to use Aspercream while on MTX because it really has aspirin in it.

I tried bio freeze and I couldn't tell I put it on. So it didn't work for me and I haven't really tried aspercream. But the biofreeze worked really good for my Aunt so who knows :)

None of it works for me when my feet are flared. I don't think the topicals will have any effect on the inner joints. They will help with muscle strain and pain but not the joints, at least not for me. Charlie

Alot of Chiropractors I know really support BIOFREEZE. I have not experience with it or Aspercream though. I find that the Bengay Icy Hot patches give me temporary relief over larger areas like shoulders and lower back, but not with my knees, elbows, wrists, etc.
