It makes a lot of sense... ppl in pain do NOT always look forward to the day.... when we do not feel well, emotions get out of control and are hard to deal with.

When I am HALT / hungry, angry, lonely, tired (and in pain), I have to take a "break"; take a nap, eat something, give myself a break.

I'm lucky that I do not work full time. I am unable to... and this winter I'm having to take extra naps to deal w/ the pain.

I believe this... thx for pointing this out. Sometimes dealing with "life" is difficult when in pain.
