It's the new us; anticipate, prepare and adjust because stoopid is as stoopid does. This weekend I only had one boo-boo. I hurriedly reached into the fridge for a bottle of straight from the press apple juice....that goodness it was plastic. I had no idea that I hadn't tightened the lid. Stoopid sticky fountain.

i was kind of a ditz before RA clumsy wise. I just kind of play that card publically post RA....seems to work continuum wise or no one is stating that they don't buy it.

for private drop and breaks, I just swear or or go blaise as in what else is new? - depends on what number drop it is for the day. i am constantly cleaning up. do they make adult sized sippy cups?

this morning i was smirking (note the attitude ) as I can not use my brand new stick blender. I live alone and I am unable to either assemble or disassemble it physically. I can't even retract the plug. inoperable wrists and inoperable hands. it makes a nice paper weight.

Tired is an understatement!! It's frustrating when I'm sure I am holding onto something and it goes flying, especially when I'm walking the dogs and I lose the leash! Scares the crap out of my poor dogs!!

I know its a lot but haven't counted how many times I drop, the lady that rents below me probably is tho....poor thing.
I wear hand/wrist braces most of the time when I'm out and seems to give me a pass with people. I'm the most frustrated with myself, trying not to remember now agile and what a task master I used to be. Good thing I did it when I could...

Oh yeah. And shall we discuss how many cell phones dropped and broken? Sigh. Fumble fumble. PLUS-gravity SUCKS. Some days EVERYTHING seems determined to fall all the way down to the floor. I swear one of these days I'm going to get an ax and chop a hole in the floor so things can fall THE REST OF THE WAY DOWN. (It doesn't help to live in a haunted house)

Absolutely tired of dropping things and not being able to do anything with any agility at all. This past weekend, I fell on my driveway. Lost my footing and was unable to right myself like I used to. Went down right knee cap first. So, now I have a severely bruised knee cap and am on antibiotics for an infection of the bursa sac underneath that knee cap. Thank goodness for no fracture.

I would have never done this type of thing before RA. Now, it has become a pretty normal thing.

Lord knows I drop things enough to consider retrieving through the day my workout. Depending on how I feel Ill use my "grab it" stick.
Honestly I have lost count on how often this occurs through one day.
Now recently fell & went head first into the shower wall. Well I'm not a person who uses strong langauge most days but words came out of my mouth that would have my mother lecturing me good. I'd blame it on the steroids of course.
Rushing causes me nothing but problems.
Knees lock up, ankles give way, shoulder freezes & body just refuses to bend. The hands are crazy useless....never know what part of my face the electric toothbrush lands....not to mention moving a good distance from the toilet in case it goes for an unexpected swim. Stairs now have yellow caution tape that only I can see.
I'm sure I've cracked enough teeth out of pure frustration.
Yep the new me full of cautions & warnings.
Ain't life grand.
