The important thing is to use name brand, pelletized (time released) Minocin. When I went generic for one 90 day prescription, teeth changed color and I had a full body super flare where every joint but hips doubled in size. Generics aren't held to the same standards as name brand when you look at antibiotics.
Minocin actually inhibits Interleukin 6. The same inflammatory biochemical that newer biologics target. So while Dr Brown's original theory of why it works has never been proven - it can work if IL6 is your problem.
