You take it easy, OK. If ya go to the coast, have fun and don't get too much sun - some of these meds we take don't like sunlight or burns

Enjoy the beach! That sounds like Nirvana right about now. I'm in Atlanta so its within driving distance but still 5+hrs is still too much for me lately. Maybe I'll do the fake beach at Lake Lanier instead lol

I was thinking Chimney Rock, North Carolina - Like Lure - sorry
Oh BTW - that is where the movie "Dirty Dancing" was made along with "Hunt for Red October" and Daniel Day-Lewis in "Last of the Mohicans" - a truly beautiful place

I have always felt that my onset to RA was caused by a bad car accident when I was 15. Since then, I've noticed that any type of jarring incidents sets it off as well. A few years back, my right hand was doing great. I went target shooting with my son and grandkids, and the kick from my gun caused enough jarring to set it off again (for a very long time). My most recent flare (very bad one) was set off, I am sure, by the jarring movements of a water aerobics class I took last July. I'm still paying the price for that.
Very glad to hear that you have reined in the RA after all that. Good for you!
Relax & enjoy.
I'm sure it feels good to feel good.
Just a wee bit envious of that trip. OK a lot but you deserve it.
