Seems like you need to speak to your Dr about whether or not to stop drugs.
I only had Actemra once but couldn't continue due to severe adverse reaction but I do remember that one of the main concerns was that it would increase cholesterol levels. Let us know what are the results of your liver ultrasound & what Dr says.
