i've been a bit busy. work and life.
i got a fitbit and am working toward 10,000 steps a day. so far my high is about 7200 and my average is around 5500. i'm also trying to add early morning yoga to my routine at least once a week, preferably twice. and i'm tracking calories again to be mindful of how much i'm eating. my therapist and i are starting to address my disordered eating.
i'm feeling pretty good. at least, no worse than i was feeling when i was on mtx and humira or mtx and enbrel. i go back to the rheumy next week and will be asking for lots of scans. i will not be starting medication until after we see what's going on with some of my joints. my hips are still one of the major issues. early morning stiffness and fatigue are probably still my chief complaints; i need to get a nap in after work every day or i'm completely out of it all evening. the first day i hit 5000 steps, i paid for it for about two days. ugh. but i got back on track.

I'm sure it's not easy but sounds like your making progress & you deserve credit for sticking with it.
Sounds like you know exactly what you want with your next appointment. I'm curious to see how it goes.
Really I'd you feel no worse off then on the meds can't blame you one bit for taking this approach.
