making its way across the front of my ankles , then the pain expands through the joint and stays, so far a few days at a time. I usually wrap them up, particularly if I'm going to be on my feet any length of time and it helps a lot.
steph i am sorry you have been in an unmedicated sequence while having an infection.
i often have this in my ankles, i also use ankle wraps beech I just suck at putting them on. what brand do you have the wrap around velcro or the pull on?
