I hope you are having a good day thus far. I don't know if I can speak directly to your post, but when I do take pred (which is VERY RARE) it does not cause muscle cramps in my legs - I suspect mine are from something else. I had a fem-pop in Nov 12 and the dr said probably more to come. I appear to have a bad genetic mix of LDL,HDL and all that stuff whereby the arteries and veins see fit to clog up. Funny, I used to eat anything and everything - now, just weeds and stuff that tastes like pooh, but that is what I do so that I can have every day possible with Mamabluedogs2

Kimberley, I didn't get leg muscle cramps until I tapered OFF of Prednisone. Now I can't seem to get rid of them. No idea if it is related or just another fun part of RA.
