I know some of the biologics hurt more so than others going in. I have been on almost all of them. And to have to take it every week, I do sympathize with you. It was more than enough for me to have to take the biologics once a month. It is ever so difficult to stick yourself or to be stuck. I can sympathize with that. Try icing the area to kind of numb the area prior to the injection. Also if you have the nerve and can do it, the abdomen is a place you can give yourself the injection. Some of us have a little padding there and it may not be as painful as other areas but use ice there as well first. I hope you are feeling better soon.... Two hours away is a ways to get to the Rheumatologist, especially to go there every month for the IV biologic. I hope things work out for you all around. Please keep us posted.
