Who else is frustrated with the fact that we are supposed to keep moving and they say we should exercise to help us but when I try it just puts me down for the count. I also think its interesting how I (others too) tend to claim this disease. When I talk about it I refer to it as "my RA." It's odd I hate it and yet I claim it as my own.lol. Mayb just a way of dealing with it in my life.
when I was done.Until the next day about noon,my knees were killing me. I had to lay with ice packs on them when I got home from work.On e of my friends said just walk a little bit every day.I am not sure,but I dont think there is much less than 1/2 mile.LOL!
It is very frustrating for me and those around me - now it seems that everyone is waiting for me to either catch up or wanting to cut something short due to this "thing" - not me, I want to go and do, just slower than before
As for it being "mine" - as soon as I can find someone that wants it - it's theirs.
