Ok it seems i have lots of questions to post here. Do any of you have the veins in your fingers break for no real reason? mine do this and my whole finger turns black and blue swells and gets cold. also i rolled over in bed yesterday gave a little stretch and i felt a pop in my clavical area followed by extreme pain, swelling. now shoulder pain along with collar bone pain difficulty moving it any ideas what might have happend?

No to the fingers (although my fingers and toes get crazy cold, it's not enough to be raynauds)...but the clavical, YES. In mine, I just popped the joint there, but it can break. I've also pulled tendons in my shoulders and that sounds like a pop too.

What med are you on? Cuz your symptoms are definitely sounding like my RA and the enbrel fixed that for the most part. Now that I'm not on anything, I'm waiting for all those things to return.

I am on humira , methotrxate, and prednisone. Isn't it true that RA makes your ligaments and tendons weaker?

I would think that the humira would stop most of the "attacks" but I only have my own experience.

And yes, the tendons I know have synovial fluid somewhere in/around them so they are victimized.

Other folks on here will know a lot more than me on this.

So it looks like both sides of my collar bone are equal. But I have bad pain even to light touch on the right side closest to my neck right on the bony lump there. Pain along the length of the collar bone and shoulder pain that is in the back of my shoulder blade and halfway down the top of my arm.
