do only what you can do. but dont force yourself. trust me these are helpful. i do them everyday twice or thrice. but i do them before going to bed without fail.

ps: Jean you are so right about pets. Festus(my yorkie) knows when I need to be made to get up, when I need to nap or just a hug and cry. If I need to laugh he hops in my lap and will start licking like crazy till i start laughing. I could servive the days without him :< )
