It certainly felt out of the blue for me, but I was training intensely at the time, had a stomach bug, and had just moved from subzero Europe winter temperatures to the middle of hot African summer - so there were a couple of risk factors...
My creatine kinase levels were at 30 000 U/L measured 3 hours after my arm suddenly swelled after training. That was 3 weeks ago. I've been dealing with extreme fatigue and massive anxiety since then. I've been documenting my recovery on YouTube.

I have tried a couple of light training sessions this week and my arms start to feel "full" and I've experienced sudden swelling. It's really scary but apparently it's normal.
Anyone else experienced recurring swelling of the affected limbs post-rhabdo?
