I see this post is five years old, and I am very curious what your experience has been since then.
What I've learned about rhabdo is that sometimes people have a stratospheric CK level without any change in their urine at all. Others have dark brown urine but a pretty low CK. Others, like you and me, had brown urine and extreme pain but never had it tested at the time when it would have been highest, so we'll never know what the level was.
In all cases, rhabdo is a serious blow to the body and recovery is long (I'm just ove.r three months, and setbacks are still depressingly frequent. Still find it challenging to even do normal activities without pain and exhaustion.) I'd love to hear how you're doing now!
