How has your recovery been since then? How are you doing?
I developed rhabdo 3 weeks ago =( I am absolutely devastated because training is my life. There were no warning signs for me developing rhabdo, I was training as normal, everything felt normal then my arm suddenly swelled after a training session - no pain, no discomfort... it was out of the blue.
