SEE it is dirty! ;) hahahaha. We don't have one those gyms here. At The time that I go to my gym the only 'eye candy' are 60-80 year old retired guys.

You'd think right? But think of it this way..I'm one of the youngest exercisers there in the morning. Its a ego boost that I can beat any of them at anything, walking, cycling, cross trainer...and none of them will set foot on the stairmaster. oh wait, except for Ed he's almost 60 and he climbs mountains for fun..he sucks but I can just say.."well you didn't have 3 kids of course your a** is little!"

I told my friends today, you should always have some one thiner than you that likes the food bar and will not comment on what you eat or don't eat...and you should always have someone heavier or slower than you are to work out with, you it makes you look better.....LOL

I walked around the lake today 5 1/2 miles...I am trying to get in shape..I have a long way to go. I need to go to the gym.... the guy that runs and owns the climbing gym we go to ....is 65 .....Mountain climbers do stay in shape....

We have a whole division of 65 and older triathlete women who race, yes RACE in the events during the summer. They show up in those one piece bathing suits with the ruffled tutus on the bottom and their cruiser bikes. I want to be them when I grow up!!!
