Hey, I have a request for those who have time and interest--it's purely voluntary.

Could I possibly ask for some additional reviews of RAR on Amazon at http://tinyurl.com/6pd8mj ? (you have to have an amazon account to add reviews, but most people probably have one)

The more reviews I get, the better my standing in books of this genre. I'm not asking for "shill" reviews, I need honest ones. Of course, I hope they will be generally positive, but I'm not deploying anyone to "stack the deck" either--honest reviews are very helpful.

I tried to add a review way back. It was a sort of Catch-22. It said that I had to buy the book from Amazon to add the review. Has that changed?

Apparently that has changed, Mockingbird, because Victoria added a review as well. I think that limitation was placed on the product prior to being in stock at Amazon.

I tried to add a review, as well. It stated that you have to purchase a product from Amazon, before you can write a review. It doesn't have to be RAR, though. At least that is how I understood it.

That's weird, since Victoria never bought one form Amazon, but they let her review it.

It has changed...it did say you had to purchase THE product from Amazon, it now states, and in a much simpler format, that you must have purchased A product from Amazon in order to add a review. It seems like a simpler way to do it. It has one limitation...you have to wait 24 hours after you purchase an item from them so that they may verify your information, I guess that hinders people from making remarks and not being traceable. Anyway, seems like it is an easily do-able thing, and I purchased another book Empowered suggested to me, so ....in 24 hours I can add my review of RAR....and I look forward to it.

Well, I went shopping and picked up a few books on healing my inner child. Doggone it! I should have asked for your Christmas lists before I went shopping, Tribe!! LoL Hope you don't mind, but I have been suggesting RAR to a number of survivors. It has helped me so much in so many ways that I just can't stand to be quiet when someone needs the information and help that the book provides so well!
Forgive me if I don't check in here as often as I should, but there are a lot of people that I might be able to give a hand to on the other boards who are traveling the same road or searching for it. In the mean time I continue to journal like crazy and work on processing. I keep checking in from time to time though, even if I don't have much to say!

Of course I don't mind! I'm INCREDIBLY honored! Meanwhile, Amazon can hardly keep them in stock for more than a week, which I really appreciate.

I finally had some free seconds to post my review....I was so happy to get to do it! Everything I said - I absolutely believe. Plus, I got the book you had suggested to me Matt, and I am looking forward to starting to read it. I went to therapy today, and was petrified that my therapist was going to tell me he is too fearful of my heart condition to let me continue with him as he started with,(he is the one who had to call the ambulance at my last visit, due to my chest pain) "We need to save about 10 minutes before we close....." I shouldn't have feared, but he is afraid to delve into anything too acute, or too deeply troubling until I get approval from the Cardiologist....but, he didn't dump me, and for that, I am so grateful.
Matt, (although not mine), and Dr. Chandler are two of my favorite therapists in this world!

That's great news, Matt! I'm very glad to see them selling and I've recommended the book, too.

I would love to leave a comment for the book on Amazon. I have an account, but haven't purchased anything, so it may be awhile before I can. The budget is so tight right now, that buying anything not necessary is out of the question. Just wanted you to know that I truly want to do this and will as soon as I can.

Oh...I told my therapist to buy the book on your RAR site. Is that still possible? Or does she need to get it from Amazon now?
And yes, I would love to write a review! Sooo...do we have to buy it again on Amazon to write a review? Sorry for my confusion!

No, RAR website works fine--and she gets a signed copy!

No, you don't have to buy it on Amazon to review it. But you have to be an Amazon customer who has done business with them (at all) in the past.
