Retreat challenge course

I've reserved 25 spots for the Stillwater Challenge Course, which will begin at 9 AM Friday. Make sure if you want to participate you've got a travel schedule that will accommodate it, and let me know if you want to participate. The whole activity takes about 4 hours.

Okay, I have not been around on here much lately. I am so looking forward to the retreat. I would like to say yes to the ropes deal, but I am not sure I can actually do certain things, but I am willing to try. I need to try I think?

As for Angie's round, it would be perfect for those who are not certain, that was my first round last year, and I had the time to watch everyone go in and see what happened druning Matt and James' rounds. It was very calming for me about the entrie idea and removed some of my fears and made the Saturday morning easier I think. So, I recommend it for anyone who has anytype of reservations, just because it is shorter, and maybe not as warm.

Oh, so in on the challenge course!

I have not much upper body strength compared to my "burly" rock climbing days, but totally in for colossal failure and the fun of it all.

Hmm... I wonder if I can find any volunteer Nugget-sitters to hold on to Nugget while I play around on the ropes.

Matt, you had mentionned that there was an additional cost for the Ropes Challenge Course... do we know what the cost is? I want to make sure I bring what I need. :-)

Yeah, Tonya will be the designated rep for the retreat to the challenge course (but she's not allowed to go near any of it!), so I can stay behind and help run the Saturday AM sweat. I need to know who plans to stay for that. I'm worried that we may have a lopsided group, which would mean too many people trying to sweat on Friday night, and too few left on Saturday because everyone wants to do the challenge course!

It's a shame we don't have a more flexible schedule that you could have come along for the course as well..maybe we need longer retreats for ones that incorporate large events??

Thing is, the courses only begin in the morning. Which means either Friday or Saturday, and if we did it on Friday morning none of us would be there when the Friday arrivals arrive! So it has to be Saturday, which is also the only other time for the second sweat (which will be about 10 AM)
