1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 6-ounce can of frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (could use a full, 12 oz. can if desired, but it will be strong).
1 medium size (8 ounce) container of Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation:
Beat together condensed milk and lemonade; fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours until firm. "

Another easy..........love these, they make a great snack

3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 package (10 oz., about 40) regular marshmallows
- OR -
4 cups miniature marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
2. Add RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated.
3. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares. Best if served the same day.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 3 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.
Note
-For best results, use fresh marshmallows.
-1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow crème can be substituted for marshmallows.
-Diet, reduced calorie or tub margarine is not recommended.
-Store no more than two days at room temperature in airtight container.
-To freeze, place in layers separated by wax paper in airtight container. Freeze for up to 6 weeks. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

The cornmeal crust and sprinkling of almonds add texture and flavor to this extraordinary peach cobbler.
Ingredients
Filling:
8 cups fresh peach slices
1 cup turbinado or brown sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
Crust:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup very cold butter, grated
4 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons slivered almonds (optional)
Prep Time - 20
Cook Time - 45
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F.
Top prepare the filling, combine peaches, sugar, cornstarch and salt. Toss well; set aside.
To prepare the crust, combine flour, cornmeal, granulated sugar and salt in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until blended. Add grated butter mix with hands until the size of coarse meal. Add water and mix until mixture comes together.
Gather into a ball and divide in half. Wrap one half in plastic wrap and freeze for later use. Roll out remaining dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch circle. Cut into decorative strips.
Place peaches in a shallow 3-quart baking dish. Top with dough strips, weaving them into a lattice pattern over peaches. Sprinkle slivered almonds, if using.
Bake 30 to 45 minute
