I look at it like this
Using one of my therapists phrases
Perception is reality

So none of us ever experience true objective reality
By our thoughts and emotions
We experience our own reality
And you can control your thoughts and emotions ( i know this now after a TON of very intensive therapy)

So you can control your perceptions
So you can create the reality you need at any given time

So that's what I am trying to do
Create a reality that focuses on me healing

quite a quantum field approach to healing....manifesting...observer changing the outcome

i know outcomes may vary.... probabilities being what they are point to one outcome being the most probable than another...so even through i could ruminate about negative outcomes, i will choose to focus on positive outcomes, and still know , that its simply my perception of reality that i am experiencing, not true objective reality...but, i now know, i can choose my reality...so i shall choose a reality that allows me the most potential for healing
