Easier said than done, but definitely a great start.
We had to remake ourselves and remake our marriage. It was painful, but worth it. In our case, we wouldn't have stayed together doing what we had been doing so starting fresh and forming new habits was the ONLY way for us to be able to move forward.
I hope your wife can get on board with you to make this happen.
