It’s not that easy, I have no where to live if I do that we live with him, after our parents died

They Will provide somewhere for you. Another relative if you have any. By allowing it to continue it will only get worse. At the very least threaten him unless you feel he is dangerous then turn him in. You won't be the bad guy if you did and the state won't allow you to be homeless
