I think this makes sense. When I was going through different phases of my healing I would have dreams about females, not being attacked though. I would have dreams that I was with a female in a relationship, or making out.

This made sense to me because I wished I could flip a switch and not be attracted to men anymore. I thought it would be easier to protect myself against a female, since I'm female. Perhaps thats why youre dreaming about it. Our brain gives us what we can handle in pieces at a time (even though its hard to sort out and sometimes its too much). Maybe this your way of dealing with some of your trauma, in a less painful way. I'm sure it still hurts though.

hey, I'm really pleased to hear from you, i was begining to think i was on my own with this one so good to know im not! i can understand that n my head it would feel safer to be dominated by a woman than by a man because we are on a level pegging strength wise so maybe that does have something to do with it

You are not alone! A very wise woman, a doctor, actually told me this...that our brain gives us no more than we can handle.

I know we fight ourselves to make sense of it, what we think and remember, but it's our own way of protecting ourself. Eventually this statement gave me a lot of comfort.
