As a rape and sexual abuse victim I at times become confused or off track. My story starts in 1981 where a boy from school raped me. To make matters more complicated I am a man who was later of victim of sexual abuse weeks after my rape. I was so confused after I was raped I thought I could be pregnant that's how messed up I was.
The school authorities and students were constantly bullying me aand while I was only 13 I had a long way to go. After 30 years of not receiving any help I have decided to seek all the help I can get.
I hope you have found a good therapist that you click with.
That's usually the most challenging part or second most challenging part in my opinion.
If you have never divulged your "secret" (for lack of a better word) out loud to anyone that can be if not or more challenging.
My therapeutic issues aren't exactly the same as your and I am also female but I can definitely relate to taking that first step which can feel like walking out on a limb.
