soooo my secodn rape was in late january in 2010....i don't remember his name, face or car.....i don't remember the date that it opened only that it was in late january so that's when my anxiety peaks....and this is the rape where i didn't fight and where i didn't scream.......i keep on blaming myself....and i know it's not my fault, and i know that he didn't respect my choice and that he didn't listen....i know all that....but i still have that little critic in the back of my head telling me that i could have done something different....it doesn't help that when i told my mom that she said,"well you could've called someone...me or dad or the police..." so it kinda helps the critic....how do you silence the critic???? how do you tell that little voice in your head to stop playing the "what if" game and tell yourself that you didn't do anything wrong??????
