I have being raped and have PTSD and not dealing with it well.
how do other people deal with it ?

You need to see a counsellor, s/he will help you to accept that what happened was not your fault.

Hi ,
It is very hard to get rid of the ptsd , I also have it from abusive husband rape and molested as a child. I have had a lot of counselling then I took bio feed back and was hypnotised it helped immensely. I wish you luck, it is also good to talk to a friend. If you need to talk I am here. isabee
