the first thing i would ask you is this.... do you talk to other people about it? does your fiance know? have you seen a counselor?

i was going to ask the same things as Molly. sometimes we can cut of felings of what happened until soemthing triggers it, and that can be anything, more probable things that you might associate with the rape, espeically men (if it was mal.) treating soemone badly because your scared of beign raped again i think a lot of people do that i kno i do it i keeppeople at a distance in fear of beign hurt again.
the emotional stres thats caused by it all can take a while to get over, but i think that it might help you if you dont already to talk to a cocuncilor who can help you dela with the issues that you have.
aswell as people on here who maybe able to help you, but we can all support you. xx

thanks u for the adive and i talked to a counsler for like 3 months and it helped me then and now the fear and pain os coming back and i dn't understand it but yea my fiance knows but its not a thing that we talk aout because it was so hard at first to tell him but idlove to talk to u all about it

I am so sorry that you went through that. I was groomed and trafficked by my brother when I was 12. I developed PTSD. And some things that really helped me is EMDR therapy, anti-depressants and exposure therapy. Just counseling alone did not help. I wasn't brave enough to join a in-person support group. Also, knowing what your triggers are. For me, I tend to think about what happened to me when I am in a large group of people, being around people who remind me of it, such as certain family members trigger me. So those people are not in my life. Another trigger for me is the news or crime movies or shows. So I do my best to not watch things like that and only watch funny or romantic.
