i was being counselled (ho hum) by a meical team worker recently
i was told when i reported child abuse concealment etc.
not to bother as other people get nervous, tat was an nhs worker in merton.
i was told that as other people get nervous dont bother.
they were more concerned with others bad days.
in other words as you go in its get lost and as the report gets lost so does the child or rape. thats honestly what happened, it was also the reason beind thae attacks i had when i reported it and others in other organizations not the nhs didnt. they had the same attitude they protected their friends and not the child so to avoid any trouble they didnt report.
i can tell you one rep somewhere went to a state dept, and said this and that, e claimed there was no child abuse i was there i can assure you he lied
altho the state dept was quoted as agreeing with him.
i was told the rep "was just trying to calm it down"
in other words he lied, he also lied to the state.
so i was told he was calming it down while they gave me the reports.
it is reported and ive told you too here. buti object to that counsel of dont bother as others get nervous, being more concerned abbout a friends

the guy told me not to complain or report any rape or child abuse or concealment or other sex assaults as other people dealing with it get nervous.
so in other words as the workers get nervous or start having a bad day dealing with it etc so just forget the report.
he considered them and not the victim.
in that he meant just forget the report and dont worry about it
leave it dont bother with it. so where as we usually report it or chase it up to make sure its reported properly i was told dont bother with it.
so the rape reports dont get reported so that the child or adult has no
report to call back on as proof etc. so its like the dna sample not being done,
i hope thats clearer. sorry if it wasnt i have to delete personally identifiable data under the data protection laws where i live.
so any description has to delete the personal data at times
so i cant say "kay" told me for instance or when i was with "eric"
you see where ive been thats called concealment and is prosecutable in court if you dont report things.
that at times. they assume giving evidence brings trouble to them
so the dont do it. the problem is it leaves others data unconfirmed at times, so perhaps if you car was smashed they then dont tell anyone
that it was whoever it was in the crime. if you do that in a sex crime
or other serious crime it gets a bit iffy as i believe sometimes you can be called to court to give evidence or data, they tell me that at times. but maybe you can see that as they refuse the data or evidence they conceal the crime. so we all knew that as concealment when somebody refuses the data or wont"tell" on others. i mean telling on others is ok if its serious crimes or injuries
or other wrong things are involved. so they do that at times
and wont tell that somebody was assaulted or raped etc.
to protect them as friends or whatever other relationship they have is, so they may protect them professionally or as miisters
or as friends or whatever. they just protect a group and not the victim so if anyone belongs to a group they mustnt do that.
i meant that if thats clearer now, as i said i cant always just do it straight as we have to delete any personal data even from college etc
or friends sometimes.
so its only personal now. but the letters and the statements looked
like something out of watergate when nixon was there, with the files deleted data missing, sort of rough edits etc.
the cops send one letter to a court, you walk in with the data
and walk out with a court judgement different to theirs and all that stuff
some said thats difficult to follow it may be, but as we agreed you always report, and we left it at that. did they make it difficult i wonder ?
