I am not sure what is going on for me at the moment I seem to be feeling really anxious this last couple of weeks and I have remembered 2 new nightmares I have had this week with similar themes. The dreams have been to do with insects and quite phalic. After I was attacked I had lots of dreams about snakes and not knowing which ones were poisonous and I have assumed these dreams were to do with my having issues trusting men. One of these latests dreams I just got a snapshot of and it invovled people giving me hundreds of insects (which I think I wanted) but also giving me worms and I really did not want these worms. The other dream invovled a wasp on my mouth and this teenage girl was holding it there with a stick (I don't think she was doing it on purpose). The only trigger I can see for these dreams and the anxiety is that I had to go to the dentist a few weeks back and was treated by a male dentist which I had not anticpated being worse than seeing a female dentist but something about him having his fingers in my mouth and the rubber gloves just freaked me out even more than usual. When I thought about this lying in bed that night I ended up crying. I know it sounds weird but I feel like I made myself panic at the dentist and make these connections and cry and that its not real and I feel like I am fabricating all of my reactions and none of what i feel about this is real and i hate myself for that. I'm going off topic now and just rambling, not sure what I want really apart from some peace,
