It helps to write it out first sometimes to get your thoughts organized. Also, taking magnesium will calm you before talking with them, and in general truly. The start is the hardest part, but just start with the gentlest thing and move from there, you can do it. =)

Something else you can do is to only talk about one part of it at a time. I understand the feeling shy and timid and scared of putting it out there. I was in therapy for over a year before I even told my therapist. My still dont know and this happened to me 20 years ago. If you want to talk to someone singly, I'll help all I can. Once its told, it does get a little easier.
