I have never told anyone. i still dont even really believe it happened or if i was even raped? It was someone i had slept with before and we were all at a friends house drinking, i think i was just tipsy and i pride myself on being a very coherent drunk. I was feeling tired so i went to the room i was staying in and went to bed. I believe i locked the door. Next thing i know i wake up to him being inside me and kissing me. I never said no. I went along with it. Once he was finished i remember laying there thinking i didnt want that to happen, if i had the choice before it started i would have said no. Is this rape? i dont know. i dont hate him, but yet i cant look at him. I feel really strange and dont know really what to do. I sometimes get so sad i sob for hours, other times i refuse to believe it was rape. Please, someone please help me
And you didn't say yes. You couldn't have - you were unconscious. So, sadly, yes this is rape. It doesn't matter that you didn't stop him, or say no, or scream / fight or anything else. What matters is that he did that without your informed consent.
