I'm very sorry mom doesn't believe you, and even more sorry that you've been through this at all in your life.
What you are doing right now is one of the best things you could do... the only thing better ( in my opinion only) is seeing a therapist !
But for right this minute, talking about it is regaining your power and strength that this nimrod took from you! If you stay quiet, he wins... if you talk, whether on here, in a journal, to a therapist..... then you get your strength back!

After my rape, and other things, I was quiet for 13 years, yet it drove me crazy.... bad dreams, strange dreams, things I couldn't explain... then I started talking to a therapist... things came flooding back that I had forgotten...
Well here we are another 14 years later, and been here for many years, and I can ornly talk about it...( well on here at least)

Hi, it is not your fault and that you didn't scream loud enough or didn't fight back doesn't make you guilty either. You got frozen, which is a common reaction to rape. Sorry your mom didn't believe you. This has happened to other rape survivors too. You are not alone.

You know what you know, as hard as it is to not have that support, just remember that just because you fuck up does not mean that you deserve to feel the way you feel. This is not your fault.
