I'm 19 and the summer of my senior year in high school i was sexually assaulted by my boyfriends best friend. Someone I had complete trust in. Someone I had known for years. After reporting it, none of my friends beleived me. Neither did the police. I lost everything. My dignity, my reputation, every single one of my friends, and I had to leave high school. I'm lucky to have gotten my diploma from doing senior year online but I missed out on my senior year of high school. I didn't deserve this. I guess no one deserves it. I have struggled with depression all of my life and was finally in a good place but after what he did to me, I was set back to square one. I guess that's thebiggest thing. I let him take away my entire life. And I'm angry. But at the same time I feel worthless. It all sucks. I've been botteling all of my feelings up because the topic is a bit embaressing to talk about. I know I shouldn't be embaressed, it wasn't my fault, but I can't help it. So yeah, that's my story.
