When I was raped I hadnt told my bf where i was going, when it happened, he was the first person i told. He basically attcked me right after and would say he was mad because i didnt tell him where i went, but never really acknowledged what happened to me. We broke up about to weeks ago, but i miss him terribly. I cant stop thinking about him. I just feel like my rapist robbed me of everything, my whole life. I wish he would understand that I had no intentions of cheating, or else this wouldnt have happened. I get so sad just thinking about all the losses i have dealt with in such a short time, not only did i lose myself but i lost someone whom i love so much and it hurts to think that he took the love of my life away from me. Had i known what was going to happen that day i would have never agreed to go anywhere with that asshole, it makes me so angry and frustrated, time passes but he still fucks up my life one way or anothe, when will it stop?!

I'm so sorry for the pain you are experiencing, not only with your rape but with the mistreatment and loss of your boyfriend. And it sounds like he blames you which only adds to the pain and trauma. After I was raped my ex-boyfriend/husband blamed me for being in the situation and raped me several times and always said it was my fault for making him that way. I thought I created monsters out of men. It's taken me many years but I know now it wasn't my fault. I didn't deserve to lose the love of my life because of the actions of another. And I didn't deserve to be raped for "cheating". I hope you realize your boyfriend is probably just really angry and taking it out on you. But also know you don't deserve it and if he can't change his perspective you deserve better. It hurts my heart because I know how painful this must be for you. Our experiences are different, but know you are not alone in your pain. Please keep reaching out.

i'm so sorry that that happened to you.....i think your boyfriend just doesn't really know how to deal with the information that you told him and doesn't understand what it does to you.....we can only tell people so many times, but if they don't understand, we can't make them.....i felt the same way after my first rape in the sense that i was robbed of several things........therapy has helped me a lot with that and i think it might help you too.....most local rape crisis centers offer therapy for free.....you could try that.....hope this helped...if you wanna talk, i'm here

Well, first of all you did NOT cheat. You were raped. Your boyfriend shouldn't have reacted that way. That is complete BS. Are you getting any help for this?
