Yes, I have. Bearing in mind that I had my memories of rape suppressed, I wasn't sure what was happening to me at that time, but you being aware of the fact will help you prevent a lot of grief, especially if you clearly communicate with your midwife and doctor and make requests in writing if you have them in the first place. You have rights, but you need to put your requests in writing, like a birth plan, so then the staff has to follow through out of fear you'll sue them if they don't. Fear is a good motivator, use it to your advantage.

During labour i felt so out of control of my body to begin with, but I could cope with that. I had just delivered my baby and the afterbirth wasn't out yet when a doctor who resembled man who raped me came into the delivery room as per routine practice. I went into a flashback and froze (as I did when I was being raped). The labour stopped and the afterbirth wouldn't come out, my body simply shut down. They tried lots of things to help it out, but nothing helped. I asked for a different doctor, but they wouldnt listen. Two hours later that same doctor had to yank the afterbirth out, and there I was with my legs wide open, him in total control over my body. It was one of the most horrible scary experiences of my life. Never again. BUT you are aware of your rape and you can communicate your needs to the staff clearer than I did.
