It's one of the hardest things to do... tell a total stranger what happened... on line is one thing, you're not looking at a person.. I understand this.. I can talk about my rape and abuse on here with ease... but it's very hard to the therapist...

I can't tell anyone. I can't even say it happened. Or believe it happened. I just can't. I feel sick for even thinking it happened. I must be such a terrible horrible sick person for even thinking it. I don't have a therapist. I was OK. I'm so sorry I shouldn't even be posting here or writing about it.

Your not horrible for thinking about it or writing about it. It happened. Now you have
to find ways to cope with your feelings. Maybe write in you thoughts and feelings
down on paper then tearing it up in to tiny pieces.

I don't want it to be real :'( if I don't tell anyone, it's not real. is it?

This may not be the best thing to say, but everything is going to be okay. You didn't deserve it nor did anything that could ever have asked for it. Others have provided great resources that you can follow. Just take care of yourself. You are loved and you are not alone. I'm here if you need me.
