i usually cry once a week....seriously.....it is so therapeutic for me and i looooooove therapy......i actually look forward to therapy because it helps me soooooo much.......crying is a good release for me too

you know I never thought about therapy but everyone tells me I should go to some kind of it but I feel like crying for me is enough of a release . I try not to cry too much but My close friends and family think im a cry baby and they dont mind it so its good they know its just part of me

i'm a big supporter of therapy so i tell everyone to go....i don't think it would hurt to go to a few sessions....i have other issues so i go to therapy for multiple reasons but i wouldn't be where i would be today without it

Crying never hurts. Sometimes you just need to let it all out. I feel the same way though, after I cry I feel better.

Crying releases some sort of hormones that make you feel good. So in a nutshell, the longer you sob, the better. Next time indulge in it and you won't need to cry another while. I personally have to feel pushed to an absolute edge to start to cry. Maybe It's pride I need to tone down on, dunno.

In regards to therapy, overall and looking from aside, It's a brilliant invention. But It's not easy. You really have to be tough enough to endure therapy properly. Like that now, I have some issue I need to bring to my therapist, basically to say I'm thinking about changing him for a woman, to put it bluntly. When I think about talking to him about it, it sounds to me about as wise as playing catch with a jar of nitroglycerin. But. It has to be done. Damn defenses lol.
