I was raped by my neighbor/ family friend several times. The man was about 2.5x my age and 3x my weight. I went to court several years for it but he got off with probation and now he has video cameras angled at my house and he will sit in his driveway and just stare at me. At first I was very secretive about what had happened because I didn't want anyone to know because I feel like less of a human for it. But now I'm starting to be more open about what happened because I want everyone to be aware of what a terrible person he is and for everyone to protect themselves and not end up like me. Som days it's just way too hard but I'm doing my best to keep it together.

Gosh, I'm so sorry to hear this happened to you. I'm glad to hear you are able to be more open about your experience now, that takes a lot of courage. we all have bad days, nothing wrong with that. Are you seeking the support of a therapist?

Sometimes that's all that can be asked of us is that we do our best to hold on. Keep fighting for your voice and your power and in the end, you'll win!

You can call the cops and report them for stalking, hopefully in your state there's a stalking law. But otherwise unless they've actually threatened you twice they're hands are tied as frustrating as it is. Don't let them win this sweetie you're strong and use that strength to make them the weak sad individual that they are. Xx

    Hey yall. I took a hiatus from ds for a couple of weeks or more. I thought I was going to just leave ds because it's been so slow. I have been journaling in a notebook but since I don't carry it with me, it's been inconvenient.  So I apologize if I caused anyone to worry about my absence but I'm back and will be updating my journals again as I have time :)
