I have a real dilemma going on at the minute. When I was 15 part of t abuse by my brother was that I was raped and tortured at t cemetry where my mum is burried. I havent been back their since and that was 22 years ago. However I have agreed to go back with my counsellor next friday as I have been wanting 2 go for a while. However now that its all aranged I feel really scared and panicy and unsvre if I can do this. Should I go or not?

it's really up to you.....i hope your counselor has some healthy coping skills to use if you need them....my first rape happened at college and i know that i will never be able to go back to that college for a looooong time, if i ever do......i can't tell you to stay or to go, but just know that if you et scared and it's too much to handle, that it's okay to back out.....hope this helped....if you wanna talk, i'm here

, I think this can make or break you, how do you feel about this counselor, do you feel that they would protect you. .yes, Then I would go . If you feel that you would be lost and alone there then no. you have to feel like they are you best friend bella

I trust the counsellor 100%. Its important because its where my mum is burried. However im so so scared off it all.

Would it help to talk about exactly what it is that you're afraid of? It might be a good idea to bring up these fears with your counsellor
