i had reported sexual assault, this guy went to the police accused me
and started going nothing happened, it kept benig repeated like a chant
so the little song ditty started "nothing happened"
i found after on a rape crisis site thats a defence a rapist uses i didnt
know before i only told them they did it. theres 3 they use "nothing happened" , "she consented" , " it wasnt me" , this guy was at the cops
going nothing happened, am i within my rights to say he invoked legal
stuff (which he did )its over rape then ? i wasnt there even i dont know why
or what he did he just went to the cops one day when an argument started
over it all. if somebody uses that defence legally does it affect the charges
im getting worried now over what im dealing with. is that why it was so bad
and so violent ?

It's just not rapist who say that everybody say that!!!! However that has non thing do with if he's guilty...and they. Prove that he is guilty...that's why after a rape...u go get a rape kit..and press charges.....so it want b no bull crap about it... That still want mean that they will even find him!!!...and still if they do find him and he goes to jail...how long will he be sentenced!?...but u did go and get a rape kit dne...u took the correct procedures for self and that crime...sme of us dnt even tell or press charges because of fear....however we can't b blamed for it!!! They are the blame and that's why we go through hell after rape!!! Because they put that fear in us...so they hurt us...then have us so scared to not even press charges!!! And even if there was a positive outcome out of it...still we choose to continue take the fear they put in us... And live in fear for the rest of our life's...some of us

yes bseas, at least any procedure was followed for yourself. i had that
dont forget some of them were dealing with child abuse, and if anythings reported they hold us in full consent of sex till we prove otherwise. so if you report a sex crime they say you consented and you then have to prove that you didnt.
so it like saying you slept with a paedo by choice. and you have to sit thru that too even with a solicitor. at least it keeps any doubt away
from the victims life as well at times.
