Back Pain

Just me? Seem to have suffered from this off and on ever since and it always wipes me out any ideas?

your not alone with back pain, i suffer with it to so i totally get what u mean when u say it wipes u out.
both the only thing that helps me is heatpacks and a regular dose of a light painkiller.

If you struggled you may have twisted your back or put your hip out. See your doc and maybe get an xray. If you can a Chiropractor may help. If not, I get my daughter to massage my neck and shoulders but she can't manage the lower back, but yes as natty said, heat packs and pain meds do help.
