man... where do i start?
i'm buyin a house with my younger bro. it's 4 bdrooms. mom lives with us, too, and like me she can't work either but gets much less disability than i do. she only gets like $600 a month. but somehow my stupid YOUNGEST bro who is active duty in the air force thinks he can call her and ask her for $$!!!!! HE IS A GROWN MAN IN THE MILITARY ASKING A DISABLED PARENT WITH SMALL INCOME FOR $$$!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL????
ok... now that that's out, there's more to the story. my other younger bro who is buying the house with me... he works full time, he's also a vet like me. i don't know what he does with his money or what goes thru his head! but he was so broke last week. and i thought we had settled this problem last month when he told us that he is getting a new better paying job (since his education and training can get him MUCH better). but what the hell happened? LAST WEEK HE HAD THE BALLS TO ASK MY MOM IF HE COULD USE HER FOOD STAMPS!!! AND MOM DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO SAY NO TO PEOPLE AND THEN GETS DEPRESSED!
am i crazy for being so pissed about all this?? i was thinkin of takin my bro off the house tidal when we do the final paper work to sign the closing of the sale. at least till he straightens his shit out. that way if he f*cks up again, he can stay off the tidal and if he continues to parasite off us, i WILL KICK HIM OUT! now what about my youngest bro? i don't even wanna talk on the phone w him cuz i don't have anything nice to say to that bastard!

I think you'd be crazy NOT to be pissed at him. maybe the tough love approach will help. your poor mom has trouble saying no, so good idea to keep bro off tidal. Just my thoughts, hun.

If you can afford the house and can qualify without your brother then definitely DO NOT put him on the title. You'll never get rid of him and if he wants out you'll have to sell and give him his share.

no, i would be pissed too, and I agree with wyzer-don't put him on the title if you can swing it. That's just trouble waiting to happen.
