Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
Anyhow i went to the er after my pe almost everytime i had a pain or anything and they understand even if they didnt i still didnt care i went lol. If you feel something is wrong always get it checked.
