By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

Taken at a small falls during a large salmon run. I've seen as many as 7-8 brown bears there at one time. Right now there's just one or two---- one that caught a salmon, had just one bite and then dropped it!

I just missed a bald eagle and a brown bear who wanted the same rock to sit on.
